Brush that blocks server/clientside ents

So i’m trying to make a brush that does the following:

[ul][li]Does not cast shadows/receive shadows
[/li][li]Does not block player’s view
[/li][li]Blocks server/clientside entities
[/li][/ul]

What would i use to accomplish this? The tools/clip material?

Combine the clip brushes?

Nodraw func_brush with shadows disabled.
Will block anything solid.
