*Can Someone Fix My Gamemode?*

2 weeks ago I made a gamemode called: Counter-X-Strike
Its a gamemode based on counter strike
and I am having problims adding and fixing:
-Weapons
-Buy menu
-Bome planting and/or Hostage rescuing
-Money system
-Player skins
-Counter Strike HUD
-Death Screen (When you die,you can see the other players playing

I am willing to pay for someone to make me the gamemode.
I good coder/pro
