I think there is a way of doing it, but I don’t think it’ll look very nice. If these are just Skybox objects, you’re probably best just converting the textures to VTFs and then building them in Hammer.
I need them as models to save on brushwork space, it’s a big map.

This brings up another issue.
I’m not exactly skilled at making curves and stuff that’s required for the hotels to look good.
In short, it would look terrible and the textures are compressed jpegs, so that’s a no go.
