Cannot change render distance of the map

So this is how it looks at the moment and I can’t seem to find away to increase a render distance

You can only do so using the entity env_fog_controller in Hammer, I am not sure if it is possible from Lua.

90% sure it can be done in Lua, I had a script that let different clients see fog differently, although I hadn’t tried it with draw distance, just fog color/density/distance.
I don’t have the code in front of me and I’ve honestly forgotten exactly how I did it, just wanted to confirm it can be done.
