A little help here?
The map has many Light_Environment Entities, teleporters, and skyboxes. There are around 6 or so skyboxes. And maybe 4 hollowed boxes floating in the map outside the many skyboxes. What do i do? Wrap the whole thing in a giant skybox? Or does that have anything to do with this glitch.

Also your map is very close to the grid, move it away from it.

Btw Vbsp crashes every time i compile

Description:
vbsp is having a hard time figuring out your level, it seems to have found a part of your level that is infinite in size. This is, offcourse, invalid

Solution:
Look near the coordinates given. It is likely that you either need to func_detail a lot of brushes in that area, or that you have an invalid brush somewhere (Alt-p in hammer to check for them). It may be pretty difficult to hunt down the exact problem though.

ALt-P Doesn’t work. Go to Coordnates doesn’t work. What do i do?

It tends to crash on, Accelerating ray trace Structure or Building Ray trace Acceleration structure or something like that.

Hammer isn’t glitchy. It is your mapping.

That link showed you that with certain search terms, you can find what you need to find without clogging up the forums with posts about issues that have been asked about a thousand times before.

Hammer is a fairly solid tool, so whatever your problem is, it will most likely be to do with your mapping. Of course, we cannot say anything without up to date compile logs.

It will TELL you what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it.

And if you would care to know, the numbers in the errors you were getting at first were coordinates, hence why you should Alt-P.

Secondly, leaks are absolutely the first thing you should fix when you look through your log. A leak is an entity coming in contact with the void. (in other words your map is not properly sealed) To fix your leak you should do Map -> Load Pointfile this will display a red line coming from the entity that is leaking and to where it is leaking. If you are having trouble finding that line, Alt-P the coordinates the leak error gives you. This leak is probably the reason you’re crashing. Read this: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Leak
