can't access the game

I’ve sent two support tickets in, appox 1 week apart, with no reply. I want to play rust again as I haven’t played it since before the game went on sale through steam (bought it using the dutch auction). I have retrieved my order through the automated retrieval system in order to get my game code. When I try to register it through steam I get “invalid game code” error. Any help would be appreciated.

Bump. I want to play the game and all the resources I’ve been told to use to get access back for the game haven’t worked.

Go to and then login with your account info then there should be a tab to get your game key and then enter that into steam. :slight_smile:

I’ve requested a password reset and it hasn’t sent me one.
