Can't connect to server after installation

Hello,

i’ve tried to start-up a Rust server on Windows 2008. The server starts up without errors, the port is binded to the correct interface and the windows firewall is currently disabled for testing purposes. The problem is the server doesn’t responds in HLSW and I can’t connect to the server with the client.

I am using the following start command: RustDedicated.exe -batchmode -load -logfile “server.log” +server.port 25444 +server.ip “<SERVER IP>” +server.maxplayers 10 +server.hostname “Rust Server by nitrado.net” +server.identity “serverprofile” +server.seed “6738” +server.saveinterval 60 +server.secure true +rcon.port 25454 +rcon.password “password” +rcon.ip “<SERVER IP>”

Maybe you have an idea what’s wrong?
