Change movement speed of npcs during gameplay

Im trying to make an awesome gamemode, but the npcs wont move at the speeds i want.

Is there a way to change a npcs movement speed without using a snpc? cause that shit seems really complicated.

NPCs don’t have the SetRunSpeed method.

Movement speed is bound to the “speed” of the animation that you can see in the model viewer, as far as I am aware.
