Changing a Fast Zombie attack damage?

In skill.cfg you can usually change the settings for the npcs, their health and such.

However, it doesn’t look like you can change the properties of a Fast Zombie. The health is the same as regular zombie, however the damage seems to be hard-coded to be 5 damage when pouncing, and 3 damage per repeating swipe.

Is there any way to change that?

I tried with ScalePlayerDamage and EntityTakeDamage to change how much damage the player receives, but NPCs attacking you doesn’t seem to be included in either of those, unless they have a weapon, like the combine.
