Changing animation for a specific player model


i need some help. I want to use a ragdoll models for the players, but it displays a T-POSE. I know thats its possible to merge a ragdoll models and make it work for the players but dunno how to do it.

You have to decompile the model, add lines to .qc file and compile again to fix the t-pose issue. Only works if the model is rigged with ValveBiped skeleton.
