Chat command 'y'

I accidently binded y with another command earlier on, I soon realised that I had done this and unbinded it leaving y as an empty key. This means I can no longer chat, can somebody please tell me what the command for chatting is.

Yes everyone makes mistakes.

You don’t have to do this in console. Just use the keyboard tab in options in the esc menu.
