Clear modelprecache Table

Is there any way to use Lua (or anything else really) to clear the modelprecache table without having to change the map/restart the server?

Why would you want that?

Oh, you want to reload a model during runtime?

The server always reaches the limit, then we have to change maps. I was wondering if there was a way to just clear all props, and do it through Lua.
