Client-side hlsl shaders and render pipeline

Any plans to expose some of the client-side rending pipeline, ie buffers/vertex/pixel shaders? I know a number of pre-defined shaders were accessible from within lua (gmod specific shaders) along with the ones that existed in source engine itself. But any plans for loading custom shaders within game modes? If so how would those constant buffers be set and vertex buffers accessed?

Hadn’t noticed another devlog was posted, reading through really looking forward to playing with it. Been working on a dx11 rendering engine as of recent so figuring out the pipeline and what is possible with shaders opens a whole range of possibilities outside of post-processing.
