Collision model disoriented?

I’ve prepared a few models for a source mod I’m developing, and in converting the first batch I’ve discovered a problem. In a couple of the models the Collision model has somehow rotated and moved out of position in relation the rest of the model.

I’ve double-checked the .qc and the idle/ref/phys SMDs, but I can’t find anything to differentiate these problematic models from the working ones.

Here’s a screenshot from model viewer to demonstrate. The position of the actual model is obvious, the red wireframe is the collision model.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
