commands not working?

Hello everyone, I have never had this problem before but for some reason i cant use simple commands like /ooc, or /dropmoney.
I dont know what the problem is but its annoying i figured it might of been an addon causing the problem and i removed addons that i thought might of been the issue.
It didnt change anything but i was thinking maybe it was a file somewhere other then addons causing the problem any one ever have this before?

CLOSE THREAD I FOUND THE PROBLEM IT WAS SOMETHING IN THE DARKRP MODIFICATION GIVING ME TROUBLE

Those commands will only work in DarkRP, if the sever has them.

ya it is a darkrp but i rent the server from xenon so its already installed thats why im assuming something some where is causing problems and if any one had an idea what it could be maybe help me out a bit
