Concussion Grenade


I am attempting to recreate the fabled concussion grenade from Team Fortress Classic.
If unfamiliar, this was a grenade that simply propelled everything around it, commonly used for jump boosting, doing very little damage.

Currently I am using BlastDamageInfo() to provide the force which only seems to work on props.

Is there a way I can make this apply to players and even NPCs / Nextbots?
