I’d like to learn how to port models to Source, and I thought I could try it out with these, but I can’t get it to work. The models I’m talking about are the four playable trucks from Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the way I exported the models, or just the fact that I don’t know how to compile, but I always end up getting an error message.
There’re no textures.
I thought that was what the .mtl files were for, but I’m new to 3D modeling so I don’t know for sure. I edited the first post with a newer link that also includes the textures as BMP files.

Thanks a lot, I’ll try to make them into drivable vehicles now. That was one of the main reasons I wanted them in GMod.
Maybe them nocollide with everything.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to do this with Lua or by editing the vehicle script?
Oh were you planning to use them as vehicles? I didn’t create any collision meshes, nor any bones for tires.
I didn’t get to test them in-game yet, so I didn’t know that. That’s what I was planning on doing, but it’s no big deal if you can’t make them usable as vehicles.
Haha, yeah no colliding with anything will be the most winner experience of Big Rigs.
how do you make models of vehicles into driveable vehicles in the vehicles tab not in adv dupe? if im in the wrong section plz point me into the right one. thanx
