Couple of questions related to singleplayer and the console

I have been wondering if there is any ways that i can save commands i put in the console.
Example: With the ragmod i want it so everytime i start up i don’t have to re enter the command to get rid of the sounds or adjust speed at which i would ragdoll.

Also i would like to know if i can make it so when i start up singleplayer i start out with certain weapons other than the half life 2 ones without having to spawn them.

You could add the ragdoll one into your autoexec.cfg in garrysmod/garrysmod/cfg folder. For the sound one you could bind a key to what ever command your using
