Custom Player Model problem

Hello all,
so this morning, I wanted to make a playermodel, so I decided to go in gamebanana css and download a model for my first try! So all day long I’ve tried and did all of the things I found on the net. But now I am facing a problem where I can’t find the solution, and I need your help please.
Basically, when I’m wearing the PlayerModel in single player, there are 2 errors (Not lua errors).
First error is that the PlayerModel isn’t facing the right side that should be in front of me, but he’s facing the right side.
Second error is that he has no animations so when I walk, jump, crouch he doesn’t move a bit.
Can someone help me?

m_gst.mdl, m_pst.mdl, m_shd.mdl, m_ss.mdl are not used from GMod models anymore; they’re all included in m_anm.mdl. All the humans/ animations are for NPCs.

Also, for your model name, don’t use t_phoenix.mdl since it’s a default model.
