Cyrillic names bug. [Need bugfix]

Search back zero result about this bug.

Situation:
If player have Cyrillic nickname -> He nickname dont show “ON” the player. But normal show after death and in chat.
Problems with this: I cant ban speedhackers coz I cant see nick “on” the player character.

Sorry for my bad english.

Same thing with chinese and others.

We have this problem too on our server. We must ban all player with cyrilic name :frowning:

1st time I kick all cyrylic names, then ban if they dont change nicks.
