Dark texures in hammer

So i wanted to use this existing map for my server and this map only has 32 spawns but i wanted change it to 40 spawns which is the amount of slots of my spawn. the map works fine when its not decomplied. but when i decompile it to add more spawns then compile it it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/5Gbwy0W.jpg im not really sure whats going on. I tried messing around with env_environment but couldnt get anything to work. Can someone help me out?
