Decompiling Source models

I need to know how to decompile Source models into a format that 3DS Max can use. MDL Decompiler and Studiocompiler are out of the question, because both are bugged and don’t work. Are there any other decompiling/compiling applications?

Ah, nvm, I found MDL Decompiler. Although I downloaded the “fixed” version, it STILL doesn’t work. Says something about how it cannot find Q_AppendSlash from vstdlib.dll. How to fix this? My friend got it working somehow, but can’t remember how he did it. That’s why I’m asking for help here.
