Does tmysql3 still work?

I got this:
http://gmodmodules.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

Put gmsv_tmysql_win32.dll inside lua/bin/modules/
Put libmysql.dll inside GarrysMod/

And have this at the top of my init.lua
[lua]
require(“tmysql”)

tmysql.initialize(“ip”, “user”, “password”, “database”, 3306)

tmysql.query(“INSERT INTO players VALUES (NULL, ‘1’, ‘mod’, ‘5’)”, function(a, b, c)
print(“Nothing.”)
end)
[/lua]

Nothing happens at all. No console results, no nothing.

Then I tried doing this:
[lua]
function Test(pl, cmd, arg)
tmysql.initialize(“ip”, “user”, “password”, “database”, 3306)
tmysql.query(“INSERT INTO players VALUES (NULL, ‘1’, ‘mod’, ‘5’)”, function(a, b, c)
print(“Nothing.”)
end)
end
concommand.Add(“Test”, Test)
[/lua]

And it lags for a minute every time I run the command, so the module must be doing something. But I’m getting no kind of feedback from anything about what’s happening.

Make sure you’re using the most up to date version, I know someone that runs tmysql3 and it works fine.

If I recall correctly the format is tmysql.query( _query, funcOnSuccess, funcOnFail )

At least, on tmysql4 it works that way… See if the onfail is doing anything, might be an improper connection, fail to connect, or something along those lines.

Ohhhhhh I remember now, you make tmysql.initialize a variable and it returns the status. I got it now! I was using the password to the other mysql account.
