Dynamic(Changing) reload times and rate of fire for sweps.

Is there a way to give a swep a dynamic rate of fire and reload time for individual players?

Depending on what you want to do you will want to set a variable and put it into the appropriate spot.

Yea I had found that later, but I have no idea about how to change the reload speed.
