Enable/Disable Sprinting on a Server

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way i can enable or disable sprinting on my Garry’s Mod server. Is there a console command that allows me to do this? if there is let me know, if not could somebody make one for me?

I’m not sure how to turn that code into a console command, and I’m just running regular sandbox and I would want the players to just go the same speed as walking, as if the shift button does nothing.

In fact, I’m not very good with code at all.

Open console in your server, type “hl2_sprintspeed 190”
Regardless of pushing shift you always remain at the same walk/run speed instead of sprinting.

So that you stop damn bumping this.
You use toggle it by typing togglesprint in console.
Only superadmins can use the command.
