Entity only has physics when spawned in the spawn menu

I’m having a very strange problem, but I’m probably just doing something horribly wrong again, because I rarely use SENTs. When I spawn the sent_ball SENT from the spawn menu, it obviously works fine. When I do this however:
[lua]local ent = ents.Create( “sent_ball” )
ent:SetPos( player.GetAll()[1]:GetPos() )
ent:Spawn()
ent:Activate()[/lua]
It spawns and starts bouncing as usual, but it has no collision at all and shooting it doesn’t make it move an inch. When tracing it, it returns worldspawn as entity. Now, here’s the interesting part. As soon as I add
[lua]player.GetAll()[1]:AddCleanup( “sents”, ent )[/lua]
it suddenly does have collision. I traced down AddCleanup to cleanup.Add and inspected that function, but it doesn’t seem to do anything special. What am I doing wrong here?

Edit: Oh my god, sorry for wasting your time. It was my Layers tool interfering.
