Entity.SetColor trouble

I’m trying to use it on a normal Scripted Entity.

I want to set the alpha, so i do self:SetColor(255, 255, 255, 160),
it dissapears instead.

I tried using prop_physics to make sure it isn’t the model, and it isn’t the model.

Anyone else having problems with this?

Well, it seems to work for me.

lua_run for k, v in pairs(ents.GetAll()) do v:SetColor(255, 255, 255, 160) end

Works, but Ill try with one of my ents.

Also works just fine for me.

Can you show us where you’re using it?

Just for test i spawn the SENT, then use lua_run.

You set the color after you spawn it?

nevermind, fixed this shit, im too tired to script lol

What was the problem?

I had to change the derivative entity to base_anim instead of base_entity. i thought it worked on base_entity though.
