Entity.SetSequence

When using ( http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Entity.SetSequence ) can I use the actions listed at ( http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Activity_List ) and if I can do I remove the ACT_ at the front and make them a string?

Error: [lua_run:4] attempt to call method ‘LookupSequence’ (a nil value)
Any clue why?

Also, if I am using a walk or run sequence is it possible to set a position for the NPC to walk to?

You would want to use

tr.Entity:LookupSequence
and
tr.Entity:SetSequence
