ents.Create but model?

If the entity is used for spawn

local a = ents.Create(entity)
a:SetPos(Vector())
a:Spawn()

Then how to spawn models in the same way?

Take a look at the example: ents.Create - Garry's Mod Wiki

Use the example @Florian4016 replied with and the entity class would be “prop_physics”, and then you just set the model.
