error with procedural bones

Hey im trying to learn how to use procedural bones on a custom rig for people that dont know what it is http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=651604 it makes helper bones move based on constraints of other bones

heres the error i keep getting while compiling

ERROR: Missing control bone “Arm_L_jnt” for procedural bone “ValveBiped.Bip01_L_Hand”
ERROR: Aborted Processing on ‘booky.mdl’

Arm_L_jnt is the forearm Arm_100_L_jnt is the wrist and im trying to make the wrist bone rotate with the hand bone
