Essential machinima tools list

So I just reinstalled my gmod. The folder was 14gb before I deleted it, so no wonder it was slow as hell and crashed often. So now Im wondering about some essential machinima tools? I think it would be great if we hade a nice list with links for it.

Catmull-Rom Cinematic Cameras

Machinima Hands SWep

Npc Animation V4

NPC camera

Prop resizer

Particle maker

That was the ones I could think of atm. Feel free to post more and Ill add to the list.

Oh, hey, gotta try out the new version of NPC Animation.

I wouldn’t recommend using “NPC Scene”, though; I find it easier to directly type a command such as

ent_fire !picker setexpressionoverride scenes/ghosts_ch03_man_door_idle.vcd

for manual choreography triggering.

EDIT: NPC Animation v4 is nearly useless for me.

Particle Maker v2.0

The Best, most underused machinima tool. If you know how to use it, you can open a whole new world of ideas that you were once unable to do it Garry’s mod.

edit:
Prop Resizer v2.21

Not good for physical models, but great for anything that dose not move

COOLGUYFOURTEEN.

YOU JUST FUCKING SAVED MY LIFE WITH THIS TOOL :v:

Nice tools there coolguyfourteen. also which codec do you guys think is the best for when using source recorder? Atm I’m using mpeg 4 Microsoft.

Feels like I’m getting new tools everyday for this.

EDIT: Is it me, or does the npc_animation one not work?

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it.

Raw TGA. Or a lossless codec.

 which one?

Particle Maker

Why is the particle maker so useful? Unless I’m missing something, it seems like it’s only useful for some floating sprites (unless that’s what you needed for your movie).
