Export a source map to 3DS Max

Is there any way I can import a source map into 3DS Max? Textures and all?

I know this is a bit of a big ask…

I remember a TF2 machinima sort of thing where one of the maps was imported into a 3D program, I don’t know whether it was 3DS Max, or the name of it, or anything else really… But I remember they did it.

I think there is an export .DXF button in hammer which is an AUTOCAD file extension if I’m not mistaken

Just download Crafty and open your compiled map with that. Then export as obj and it will keep all the textures for you.

Thanks, Crafty works well, but 3ds max complains that it doesn’t have enough memory to create the texture vertices :S
