There is a fabled file located on the SC2 disk called “root.olk”. Does anyone know the hex addresses of the files? Gamecube version in question, as I have it and the original game - however if another version of it works better (xbox) I would like to know.
I plan on experimenting with taking these models out then porting them to another game (non-pc) which the animations would be absolutely essential.
Basically what I’m asking is for anyone with knowledge of extracting models from games, SC2 in particular, to help me do the same: whereas it has been done before: see image below:
