Extracting Unity3D models for Source

Alright so I’ve been working on this project for a while but I’ve hit a roadblock, I’m trying to extract models from this game: http://deadfrontier.com/

The problem I’m running into is that I don’t actually know anything about unity or the file system it uses. I’ve managed to extract this: http://files.deadfrontier.com/deadfrontier/DF3D/DeadFrontierLoader.unity3d
but it’s just a loader for the main .unity3d file. I’m curious as to how I would go about finding the main file if I have no access to the file tree? (The files are available, I just have no idea where they are)

If this seems similar to the adventure time thread, that’s because I came from there after I heard he was able to unpack the .assets file. I believe that the loader contains a link to the main file but I have no idea
how to open the files let alone find out where its pulling things from. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The other main problem is when I attempt to extract the .assets files for the loader the extractor crashes.

Edit: I managed to find the “main” files but they’re all in .sharedassets format and I can’t seem to find a way to decompile or open them.
