Eye of the Needle


If you don’t get the pictures point, it’s about these two brothers seeing their father dead and they are not pleased about what they see and get’s emotional, but everyone sees things in their own way

the fact that you have to type this out means that the supposedly dramatic scene is unable to tell its own story, and that you are aware of this but didn’t know how - or didn’t care enough - to improve it.

a picture should be worth a thousand words; showing a picture and saying the words that should be found in the nucleus of the picture anyway devalues the picture entirely.

Also the fact that the dead soldier that’s meant to be the father is in an English uniform and those guys are Germans is kinda weird

adding on this: there’s nothing wrong with a little paragraph, or a poignant title
but the picture itself should be doing the heavy lifting
