Fingers deform after compiling

I set up a model hack using S-Low’s Wesker model and the Citizen hands from Bloo’s Enhanced Citizens pack. I’ve checked the rigging and mesh in 3DS Max and Milkshape, and the fingers look normal:[/t]

Once I compile using Crowbar and load Gmod, however, the hand looks like this:


I see no errors when I compile for Gmod, but if I compile for SFM, I see two “WARNING: Unmatched vertex anim (0.32)” lines. I showed this to somebody, and they say it probably has to do with the flex file. Is there any way around this, or has anybody else come across the same issue?
