Fire

I am using this to try and make an env_fire spawn but it doesn’t seem to wan to work. [lua]local fire = ents.Create(“env_fire”)
fire:SetPos(tr.HitPos)
fire:Spawn()
fire:SetKeyValue(“Size”,“16”)
fire:SetKeyValue(“Duration”,“5”)
fire:SetKeyValue(“Type”,“0”)
fire:SetKeyValue( “spawnflags”, 8)[/lua]
I have looked at the wiki pages but they don’t explain much.

I’m not sure, but according to this env_fire doesn’t work correctly in TF2, if I remember rightly GMod uses the same engine version as TF2, could this be why?
