BuildVisLeafs 0...1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9. 

The VisLeafs stops at 9, and it says the whole Execute Map finished thing, like a normal compile. It never freezes up, either. Also, all my displacements use 8, 10, 16, and 20 for lightmaps. My map is fullbright when I play. Any fix?

If you want that prop to show up change it to prop_dynamic

Are you ending VRAD by manually or is it just halting?
Looks like you’re running out of memory.

Also, change the lightmap scale on your displacements to something more regular.
