Fully transparent

Yes I know the whole setting alpha thing, the problem is that player mouths and sometimes eyes don’t change and it ruins the whole effect. Does anyone know how I can change the alpha on those too? Are they some separate entity that needs to be changed?

Also, what about view models on weapons? How do I change those?

You could try making a fully transparent texture and just use SetMaterial.
Not entirely sure about the weapons.

Also, for the weapon…

You can use SetColor() but that only makes it’s alpha 0 or 255.

You can stop the engine from drawing shadows. Also, I’ve seen people changed vmodel alpha’s and skins on the go.
