func_reflective_glass giving weird results

Hey guys,

lately I’ve been having issues with func_reflective_glass which was working once upon a time, i’m hoping someone has experienced this and has the solution to it. I have built the cube maps and they did nothing to at all. No leaks.

Can’t be visible in the engine while water is being drawn, they use the same camera.

Lame so it’s one or the other?

If I remember correctly, you can have both as long as they’re separated by an area portal

but then I can’t have them both in the same room, correct?

Could cheap water be a way to bypass this or no?

if it doesn’t reflect I’d assume so, I will give it a try
