game.AddDecal() does not work


game.AddDecal( "basic_jobs_dirt", "gm_construct/grass-sand_13" )

local trace = player.GetAll()[1]:GetEyeTrace()
util.Decal( "basic_jobs_dirt", trace.HitPos-trace.HitNormal, trace.HitPos+trace.HitNormal )

Nothing happens when i run this code. But util.Decal() part works well with default decals.

you will have to copy the texture and make a new version maybe in the decals folder (materials/decals/) but definitely in the vmt “$decal” 1 is needed
