Game weirdly freezing apon pressing my talk key?

I have tried everything, reinstalling drivers, deleting all my gmod content, trying to install realtek but it doesn’t support my drivers for some reason?
If anyone knows I would appreciate an answer as I have been searching for hours, and all I find is things I have already done.

Please help? Anyone?

Can you post your system specs? CPU, graphics card, RAM. And are you on a wired or wireless connection?
