Garry's Mod Custom NPC stuck in T-pose

So recently i made a model, the playermodel worked fine. So after that i decided to add a NPC to it. When i added the script i saved it and took the file to the addons folder. When i started gmod the npc spawned successfully but it was stuck in the t pose, the only movement it had was spining around. Can someone tell me what should i do?

This belongs more in the modeling discussion, but I believe you need to $includemodel the NPC animation set rather than the playermodel set.
