Garry's Mod is (visually) permanently oversatured after loading a specific map.

Just to clear up the most common things:
No. This is not a broken colour mod post porcess.
Yes, I have tried resetting my video settings entirely by changing the DirectX level Garry’s Mod runs at.
Yes, I have tried verifying my game files.
Yes, I have tried uninstalling the addon.
No, I have not tried reinstalling Garry’s Mod; this will only be my absolute last resort option.
Yes, I have tried contacting the map author. He has yet to respond… To both me and several other people who ask for help with other maps he has made.

This is the map in question that caused the issue:

(I do not recommend loading the map unless you know a way to fix the issue unless you want your game to become permanently oversatured in colour)

After loading into the Geonosis map linked above, You might notice the map seems a bit more orange than originally entailed, for some reason this map makes the game start rendering about 40% more saturated than originally intended. Switching maps, restarting the game, or all other options listed above have not worked thus far to fix the issue.

To get the colours back to an even slightly normal setting I have to set my colour multiplier to 0.6:

Both me, and several of my friends who were loaded into the map now have this issue, and none of us have been able to figure out what causes this. I’m not a mapper but I decompiled the map and couldn’t find what could be causing the issue.

So, if you restart your game it sticks?

Jesus, add -noworkshop to your launch options and remove all your folder addons and do it again.

I tried the map, and nothing happened. I must assume it is one of your addons/server addons that does this. Nothing weird found in your console variable either.

I’m being dead serious when I say I’ve tried everything, it was only after loading this map that caused it. I’ve loaded the game with no addons present and the issue still persists. I’m really not sure how else to explain it because everything was 100% fine up until we switched to that map. There are still users who go on my server that were not present when we switched to the map, and they do not have the issue (Which is what caused me to believe the map is the source of the issue.)

Edit:
As a note, here’s the two collections, One is the collection the server actually uses while the other, much shorter list, is one given to players as a “required content”, there’s nothing in either of these that would modify such values.

There is nothing run on the server-side that is not on the workshop that will modify any kind of value like this.

It was the map, and I’m guessing it just has something to do with the way that Steam handles the workshop content with Garry’s Mod. I had to do “Disable All” after uninstalling & removing the geonosis map and then re-enable everything one addon at a time (Luckily I don’t have a lot) because as I said before, there’s nothing in my addons or the server’s that would be causing this. That map was the only outstanding addon here.
