gears of war 3 beta models

gears of war 3 models as i said i have mostly all of them. i am a noob when i comes to porting anything so people calm down. im trying my best to port them. right not i got the sawed off shotty ingame but a little big. i have all the textures. but right now i just have the normal map and texture map on it. i have all the guns from the beta. if someone could pm me with a reference file that would be nice. anyway here it is .
anyway i am going to port more but i am going to need help and such so please pm me thanks

You can decompile a citizen model as a reference.

oh yah true that i should do that thank u. ill do it when i get back from work lolz. can anyone link me to a good swep tutorial?

edit: i am also having problems with the textures not showing up or once i convert to .vmt and such my model just goes invisible.
