He’s still holding his hand in a fist. This can be done with a really simple vmt edit. And it’s been done before a fuckload of times. Did you at least hex it?

Great, another skinning trick where they just make the case invisible.

does anyone know where i can find a model hack? where i can actually pose “both” of his hands?

He did. It’s “gman_withoutbc.mdl”.
But yes, even I use VMT editing instead.

Ohh,sorry Don’t know to Hex but not a material that replaced the old GMan

Good job, but If you bind a key to “ent_fire !picker setbodygroup 1”
and press that key while looking at Gman [NPC or Ragdoll] his briefcase disappears.

There is no more I can say, as I was looking for a 2 handed gman yesterday and couldn’t find one.
I remeber a couple a years ago when someone tried to make a Gman with no briefcase, and had trouble comiling it.
At least I think that was the problem.

but there are this loading error and the ragdoll get invisible =\

console says : error loading lawer_male.mld
but i don’t have this mdl =S

must have other models in gmod for this gmanwithoutbriefcase works?
