Gmod 13 save system problems. Map entities respawn after being deleted.

When you loaded a savegame that took place on a hl2:dm map or something in gmod 12, the respawnable items didnt respawn if you had deleted them. Now in 13 they all respawn, which is really annoying since I set up maps for posing and scenbuild and stuff and then save them to go back, but now all th shit I deleted comes back every time I reload it and makes a mess. Is there any way to stop items from respawning when you load savegames?

There is no way to do that at this moment.
