Gmod is really broken on my side.

I haven’t been able to play Gmod for a month and a half, and i really want to get back on.
I am able to play, but with vary bad problems.

Problems:
Wire Frame like things bouncing from players/cross-hair, to some random place on the map.
HL2.exe stopped responding.
Missing tons of audio(it don’t say its missing, but i don’t hear it.)
