Gmod keeps freezing on loading screen on' installizing menu' help please!

whenever i load GMod i get this’SteamUser() returns NULL!’ will someone please help!

do you have any lua at your lua folder or any addons? say all of addons or luas name you have.

I don’t have any addons except toybox and wire. in my lua folder it just says includes>modules>gm sqlite.dll, gm sqlite.osx.dll, gm sqlite.linux.dll.
That is all in them folders, i have the error report if you need it?
