GMod won't start

once i launch gmod and it shows the gmod screen then it goes to windows and says

internal driver at present.

i tried everything i reintaled gmod then hl2 then steam and i dont know what OS paged poll memory is if some one can help me that would be kick ass

it was able to play gmod and all other soucre games

I’d say buy new and more ram. But that’s just me.
